The three-pronged pinch above the base provides a catch for ice, adding a cooling effect and smoother hitting smoke.

Very well made; Incredible hit! I don't usually do smoke, but edibles haven't done it for me lately and thought I would splurge on a really good bong. Added some cool water and a few ice cubes in the neck, and not a cough. Just a really clean wonderful hit. It’s so thick I’ve knocked it over a few times and it makes the loudest noise and doesn’t have a scratch! I got a new DOWNSTEM for it but I adore this glass it’s so high quality
